Enterprise Legal Framework

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 30, 2026 • Enterprise Platform Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Aldra Labs Inc. (“Aldra Labs”, “we”, “us”) and the enterprise customer or authorized developer (“Customer”, “you”) accessing or using our platform, developer CLI tools, intelligence wire, or deployment services.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Data Notice (PHI / Regulated Data)

Crucial Intake Notice: The public deployment brief and CLI terminal tools are intended strictly for architectural scoping and technical discovery. You agree NOT to input, submit, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI as defined by HIPAA), raw payment card numbers (PCI-DSS), government secret classifications, or unredacted personal identification numbers into public intake forms. Dedicated Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and air-gapped enclaves must be executed prior to processing regulated workloads.

3. Service Level Commitments & Architecture Posture

Aldra Labs software modules (Launch, Automate, Operates, Shield, Ledger, Pulse) are engineered to high-availability specifications. Formal uptime SLAs (e.g., 99.995% to 99.999%) and financial credits are governed by Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed with dedicated enterprise accounts.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Workloads

Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all data, proprietary algorithms, and workflows deployed onto Aldra Labs enclaves. Aldra Labs claims no ownership over Customer intellectual property processed through deterministic execution runtime nodes.

5. API Abuse Prevention & Terminal Access

To ensure cluster reliability, automated rate limiters are enforced on all REST endpoints and terminal simulators. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access for actors attempting volumetric denial of service, prompt injection, automated scraping, or unauthorized vulnerability probe attacks.

6. Legal Inquiries & Governance
